Remember, I offer an initial telephone consultation without charge for you to explore what is bringing you in to psychotherapy. I work with people of all walks of life, from veterans to service professionals. I look forward to speaking with you about issues around anxiety, depression, and related issues effecting you, your partner, husband or wife, or your biological or adopted children. It may be that you may not feel comfortable having a telephone conversation, and that is fine too. The important thing is that you are comfortable and you feel safe to choose what you are willing to share.

Resources:
Listed below are both thought leaders in attachment and trauma theory, body-based interventions for healing (somatic), and related topics. Additionally, I have included a list of local agencies that offer support in a variety of modalities.  Check back soon for a list of books and DVDs. And, by the way, don't forget that youtube.com can offer some valuable information by video. Use caution, and please limit your searches to only those names and institutions that are respected and known in the field (if you have doubts, look the source up on the internet or disregard it).
