Even with over 15 years in the mental health field, life can still throw curveballs.
But here's the good news: I learned firsthand, as a young adult, the power of getting the right support. With a passionate counselor by my side, things started looking brighter – for me, for my family, and for the women around me. That's the experience I want to share with you.
